Please don't let this happen to you! My company contracted for the signed listed in the picture in 2020. Less than five (5) years ago, now look at the sign. Please notice the logo is good but the print has faded completely away. I am told it's because of the sun. Go figure! As if they did not know the sign would be in the sun. To have the print replaced will cost over $800.00. Really! Never again!!! After reading the response from the company I am even more perplexed! The company admits their sign are only good for 5 years. Not once did the company address the non-fading of the logo. I am of the mind that this partial fading (logo is good but print is awful) is just poor quality in workmanship that seems to be purposely driven to boost their outrageous repair or maintenance fees. Anyway potential buyers you be the judge!!!
Mike (Owner) and his entire team are top tier professionals! We have been working with The Sign Store for over a decade and over this time we've experienced the quality of their work and how much care they put into each project. It's been a real pleasure.
We are the owners of Woodlands Coffee Roasters & Cafe in Kathleen, GA. The Sign Store did an extraordinary job designing and installing our exterior signage! When we arrived at work this morning, a portion of our signage was not functioning. I reached out to Lisa Richmond, account supervisor for The Sign Store, and they were at Woodlands repairing our sign within AN HOUR! That is customer service at its finest! THANK YOU, LISA & THE SIGN STORE!!! 👊🏼👏🏼
