We've ordered flyers and glass stickers several times. We work nearby, and it was very convenient that there was a printing shop nearby. The guys did the job quickly at first, but then they started delaying the order longer and longer, sometimes ignoring clarifying questions on WhatsApp. But today it went completely beyond the pale: I ordered one sheet to be printed, they said, "Wait 3 hours." I sent an employee to pick it up in 4 hours, they said they hadn't done it. My employee said they knew another printing shop, but they told her, "Go there." I needed the sheet urgently. I was counting on these guys, but they let me down. I messaged them on WhatsApp in Georgian, asking when it would be ready. They replied, "Your girl came, go somewhere where they'll do it faster." Absolute rudeness. What does the employee have to do with this? Moreover, I'm now receiving a completely false review about my organization. I think it's no coincidence, considering they know where I work and their arrogant attitude towards clients.

I came yesterday and placed a print order. They asked me to send it to WhatsApp, so I did. A day later, I see my message hasn't been read. I call, and a man answers, says he wasn't there yesterday, and says he only accepts orders when you come in person. I think, ok! I'll come, pick a time, and go there a second time. We sat down to discuss the layout on an A3 fox. When I asked him to turn around, he said he couldn't fit and he knew, so he started yelling at me and chasing me away. I left and cried. It was a terrible experience. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.
