Média Market

We bought a sixth of a page for our hair salon in Elle magazine and are very happy with our exchange with the agency.

WARNING: SCAM! The sales and graphic design team seemed professional... but there was radio silence 12 days after the deposit was paid... The case has now gone to court. What a waste of time!

I am extremely disappointed with MediaMarket's sales department. I was contacted by a sales representative about appearing in Elle magazine in February 2026. I was supposed to make three payments. Initially, the sales representative was very friendly and helpful, but then, 15 days before the magazine's publication, I heard nothing. I couldn't reach anyone! Not the switchboard, not the graphic design team, and certainly not this sales representative who just left my messages as "read" and didn't bother to answer my numerous calls. I had to go to their offices in person for the manager to tell me that the magazine wouldn't be published because they were in a dispute with the publisher (fine) and that the sales representatives were supposed to inform clients. This was never done in my case. Luckily, I was able to go in person to receive an immediate refund; otherwise, I would have been out €300! I am very disappointed with this first and last experience with them.
