Attentive and very professional. My sales representative is fantastic! I highly recommend them!
Service beyond deplorable!! Our e-commerce site has been crashing since Sunday evening at fixed times, our server contact asked to make changes to the site and I am still waiting for a response to my ticket... No prioritization of tickets, it's unacceptable! Follow-up by phone, follow-up by email and nothing works. It's Thursday and we are losing a lot of orders because of this. And when I see the quality of the tracking... It's neither done nor to be done! A URL was looping and generating 60% of the traffic... As for the reliability of the data, we'll come back. Too bad I can't put 0!
We've always trusted KALITYS completely! They are highly professional and their team is always attentive to our needs.
