CPC Côte Pavée Chauffage et Climatisation - Kenneth HEYN

A truly exceptional plumber who came to repair my mother's boiler. He prioritizes quality and durable materials. He didn't hesitate to stay late until the repair was complete, while a large company claimed the boiler's expansion vessel or even the entire boiler needed replacing (these companies never give the same technician or the same diagnosis). Don't waste your time searching for the best tradesperson online; he's the one you need. Honest, friendly, professional, accommodating, and readily available, with great respect for his clients.

My mother and I called on Kenneth twice: once for a leaking apartment air conditioner (a tricky repair!) and then, since we were happy with his work, to replace an ancient water heater (which wasn't easy either!). We have absolutely no complaints. Everything was perfect. His responsiveness, his punctuality on the day, his undeniable expertise, his ingenuity, and, to top it all off, his great kindness and patience (he had to reassure my mother many times!). This professional also charges very reasonable rates considering the quality of his work, with no extra charges or unpleasant surprises. He even cleans up after he's finished. It's truly wonderful and rare to find a tradesperson like him. I highly recommend him!

Kenneth is very professional, did a beautiful work and could come for urgent! Merci Beaucoup!!!
