Agence Seo Toulouse Resamatic

I hired Resamatic for SEO and search engine optimization services. Communication was difficult throughout the collaboration, with several messages going unanswered. A deliverable was provided, but it didn't meet my expectations, particularly in terms of SEO strategy and concrete actions for my Google listing. Despite sending detailed written feedback, I received no response. This experience was therefore unsuccessful for me. I'm sharing this review so that others can form their own opinion.

I wholeheartedly recommend the Toulouse SEO agency Resamatic. I needed to improve my website and especially my local SEO, and I was blown away by their support. They are very responsive, closely monitoring the project, following up when necessary, and replying quickly with clear explanations. Another major strength is their speed of execution. Things really move forward, without unnecessary delays, and you feel like you're receiving daily support, not just "another client." Honestly, I wholeheartedly recommend them.

Hello, the €49 Google My Business listing training is very good, it deserves 5 stars. I also took the €280 per month training for 3 months. I'm still giving it 4 stars, even though I'm not completely satisfied, as you'll see below. The work was completed, as evidenced by the Excel tracking spreadsheet that was sent. However, the training involved publishing 15 posts per month, and at the end of the service, 4 posts were missing. I sent an email, and a week later, I haven't received a response, and what's more, I see that the 4 posts are still missing. So, I removed access to the Google listing today because, without a response for a week, it's unacceptable, especially since I see that the 4 missing posts are still missing. It's a shame because this was part of the service, and it's always disappointing to pay and not receive the initial service. I'm not able to comment on RESAMATIC's technical skills (which seem good) as it's not my area of expertise, but I can give my opinion on the communication, which has always been difficult (without knowing why technically: emails went unanswered, but according to RESAMATIC, they were sent, yet never received). It's surprising, but above all, it's a shame because sometimes you need answers, and without any feedback from the service provider, it's not ideal. I have a Gmail address and I receive emails from everyone except RESAMATIC. Therefore, I'm giving 4 stars because I don't want to forget the work that was done, and I don't want to objectively penalize the technical aspects, but the communication wasn't great, and above all, there are still 4 posts missing that will never be published (even though they were paid for), but without any response from RESAMATIC to date, I'm giving up. Sincerely,
