CEDEO Strasbourg : Sanitaire - Chauffage - Plomberie

Top-notch supplier! The team is always available, responsive, and professional. Their advice is relevant, the service is fast, and the products are high quality. It's a real pleasure working with CEDEO!

In fact, 0 stars!!! The company is absolutely terrible! I chose the materials a long time ago, ordered early by my plumber. Bathroom work was scheduled to begin on November 3rd, 2025, with completion expected on the 14th… still not finished as of today, December 22nd! On November 7th, my plumber told me that the sink, toilet, and towel warmer would be missing and delivered on the 18th. That was true, but the towel warmer arrived with damaged paint. I refused it. The shower door wasn't the right one, even though I had clearly specified the shower configuration to the saleswoman. The plumber had to come back to my house even though he was busy with other jobs. Today, I have a temporary door and a defective radiator. The correct ones are supposed to arrive on… nobody knows when. I asked CEDEO for a discount. They responded positively… until the bathroom fixture bill (which I fully deserved) showed no discount whatsoever. In short, for my large bathroom, I'll go to a competitor. And to think they're supposedly number one in France! Number one in inefficiency!
