An agency that listens to its clients, is professional, and responsive. GOOD JOB
After a long search among agencies in Saint-Étienne, we chose this one because it seemed the most reputable. Unfortunately, that wasn't the case. We initially made an appointment by phone, briefly explaining our project. Since the agency closes at 6 p.m. and doesn't work on Saturdays, we made arrangements to take time off work. The appointment arrived, and at the end, we were informed that another of their clients worked in the same sector and that they might not be able to offer their services, but that they would let us know the following week. A week passed, then a second. Three weeks later, we contacted them again, and the response was: it wasn't possible to work with a company in the same sector. Why hadn't they simply informed us of this from the beginning, when we made the appointment by phone, where the field of activity had been clearly stated? A huge disappointment and a huge waste of time in the end.
