The Rennes agency is excellent, but the St Malo agency is very unpleasant: you are not allowed to be sick, even though the contract for the mission has not yet been signed... I have been working with Appel for 12 years, but it is not my main activity, sometimes it borders on rudeness... The Rennes agency is very nice!
I've been on their app for over a month, and I haven't been offered a single mission, even though I've seen a few myself during my search. Avoid it.
Disappointed with this agency: the advertised hourly rate already includes the Ségur bonus and paid leave, but the base salary remains low, and according to them, it varies from one facility to another, without any recognition of prior service. The job postings never specify the salary; you have to call to find out. Frankly, I don't see the point in using them, given that facilities are much more likely to recognize prior service these days. In 2025, it's regrettable that a nurse's salary remains a taboo subject. The only positive point: their app is user-friendly.
