Avoid at all costs! Scammers! Breach of trust. What started as a simple "error" by a salesperson on the invoice dated February 27th in St. Herblain (an extra €156 charged for a delivery that was never requested or made) is now turning out to be a scam. After seven weeks of follow-ups every two days, sending our bank details, and visiting the branch, we still haven't been reimbursed. This is a significant sum for individuals, and the staff seems to be taking it all very lightly, not forwarding our emails to the appropriate people, and simply not communicating. We've reached the point where we've disputed the receipt of a credit note (PUM wanted us to spend the money with them again, even though it should never have been debited from our account). A supposed check is supposed to be sent to us by mail, but it will have to be destroyed because the payee is incorrect. When we finally receive the check and PUM has proof that it's destroyed, perhaps a transfer will be made to us. How much longer will we have to wait? It's shameful. No apology from the accounting department, no communication, no explanation. It's outrageous for a business. And of course, no compensation will be offered despite the extent of the inconvenience and its repercussions. (Following PUM's response below, I'd like to add that I did spend time preparing a reply to this Google comment, even though I still haven't received a call, an email explaining the situation, or an apology from headquarters or the accounting department. I still haven't received my money back, even though they have my bank details, but they prefer to spend time trying to repair the brand's public image.)

I absolutely do not recommend this store. I truly regret choosing them over a larger chain. Pum is extremely rigid about its return policy. Even a few days past the six-month contractual period (give or take a few days), they categorically refuse to accept any returns. I should clarify that I didn't ask for a refund, just a credit note to use with them. As a result, going to them cost me over €500. It's worth noting that I installed 400 square meters of plumbing, so returning the merchandise before the six months were up. Next time, I'll go to Leroy Merlin. Also, the managers are impossible to reach to try and find a solution.

Outrageous prices this morning in Salon-de-Provence. Plumbing fittings sold for three times the retail price. A PE25 elbow, €25.65, bought from you this morning. For comparison: Richardson charges €14 and Weldom (photo attached) €9.95. How can such a price be justified for a professional?
