We had a wonderful experience with Promovacances. The agency is very pleasant and the advisors are lovely. Inès guided and advised us on our honeymoon. She was very involved, kind, and incredibly professional. Thanks to her, we stayed in a fabulous hotel in Mauritius. She was there for us from beginning to end, always available to answer any questions we had. We are delighted to have found this agency for our future trips. I highly recommend them. See you soon!
Excellent experience with Promo Vacances! We were assisted by Rory, a truly exceptional travel advisor. She guided us expertly and suggested perfectly tailored trips, particularly to destinations like Lanzarote, Egypt, and the Dominican Republic. Her professionalism, availability, and invaluable advice made all the difference. Everything was organized with meticulous care and transparency, allowing us to travel with complete peace of mind and fully enjoy our stays. A huge thank you to Rory for her support and kindness. I wholeheartedly recommend Promo Vacances and will definitely use them again for my future trips ✈️🌴
