Extern Market l Agence Web & Communication

I first encountered Extern Market on TF1 when we were struggling with customer reviews and our local SEO. Following their intervention, we implemented a customer review collection strategy and revamped our print communications. After several months, our rating climbed back up to 4.7/5, and I completely delegated my Google listing management (what a relief!). I highly recommend Extern Market for their professionalism and their support of our digital communication!

I contacted this agency in 2022 because I had a major technical issue with my website. The team managed to get my site back up and running very quickly (while two other agencies couldn't...). In 2023, I entrusted them with my SEO, and that's when I boosted my online sales. I appreciate the advice, support, and professionalism of the team! For all these reasons, for the past three years, I have warmly recommended the digital agency Extern Market.

I was looking for a communications agency to manage our brand and I found Extern Market quite simply through their SEO and then their Google listing. I had a meeting with the team, and now we're starting our fourth year of collaboration with an e-commerce site that handles several hundred orders per month. I appreciate their proactive approach, the quality of their SEO, and their local SEO techniques, particularly with the Google listing for the stores and the brand. I don't regret listening to their advice and the strategy they proposed! Thank you to Sandy for managing the communications project and to Céline for the administrative tasks. We're counting on you for the future ;)
