The Links

AVOID THIS COMPANY!! They pay on the 10th of each month regardless of when the contract ends, which is ILLEGAL. The maximum payment should be made within 24 hours of the end date!

A top-notch company! You can see it right from the reception area with its fully digital space and various touchscreen devices. A futuristic company, both in terms of aesthetics and management, it's refreshing to see a company invested in its employees. They are very well-known in Nantes and have numerous partnerships with major companies, both locally and internationally, across a wide range of sectors (Banking/Insurance/Customer Service/SOS Associations/Sales, etc.)! Their way of thinking is truly admirable and respectful, inspiring other companies to take inspiration from The Link's and Benjamin Cormerais and his entire team (Project Managers and Supervisors). Speaking of their staff on the call centers, they perfectly represent the company's image. Their communication services are excellent, both for incoming and outgoing calls. I had the opportunity to witness a project launch with colleagues, and the connections between The Link's and the client were established very quickly!

A very bad experience with this company, mainly due to the manager's attitude, who will recognize himself. His behavior was disrespectful and unprofessional, making every interaction unpleasant. One generally expects to be treated with respect, and this was not always the case. This is regrettable, as it tarnishes the company's image as a whole. I would, however, like to commend Nathalie Bosser for her honesty and candor; she takes immediate action when necessary.
