Agence immobilière JPS CONCEPT- PPI CONSEILS Metz

We've been renting from them for over a year, and everything was fine until a certain point, when it became a disaster. Whenever there's a problem, it's always us, a young couple our age (25 and 28), who are the victims. The company manager is incredibly rude, sending repeated accusatory emails without any polite greetings, except for Mr. Bitat, who is very kind and attentive to his tenants. We've requested several meetings, all of which have gone unanswered, and the emails keep coming. Avoid this agency at all costs.

I had a very positive experience with this agency. I was assisted by Mr. Bitat, an agent who was readily available and responsive. I always received clear answers to my questions, and our interactions were smooth and pleasant. I highly recommend them.

Worst agency I've ever dealt with. They refused to repair a vandalized mailbox in the common area, even though it was their responsibility. They lied about the apartment's size, forcing them to adjust the rent proportionally, but only after I had to contact the mediator and they made it clear that getting my deposit back would be difficult at the move-out inspection. In short, it's bordering on fraud.
