Youlead Limoges

No listening, not a single answer to our questions from our "salesperson"...even worse, not a single call back despite numerous messages. The pitch was great when we signed (support, responsiveness, etc.) but unfortunately it was all just talk. Given their rating, I imagine they're not always bad, but as far as I'm concerned, it's a disaster. Have a good day everyone.

I've been working with Alexandra for over a year to create my website. I'm completely satisfied with the visuals, the follow-up, and the SEO, which has allowed me to secure numerous projects. I recommend working with them; they're a serious and qualified company.

Zero stars or negative ratings aren't possible... what a shame. Quick summary following up on my comment from 9 months ago: Since my first complaints, I've paid around €6,000 to date for a completely awful website, which, according to communication specialists, could be designed by a 4-year-old. So, to this day, this website is useless to me. I've paid €6,000 for nothing, and after 2 years of complaints (finally, a meeting with a different sales representative), they're offering to revise my website on the condition that I sign up for another 4 years... without any refund or discount... outrageous! If any of the managers read this review, let them dare to tell me they're proud of their customer service. 🤢 I've been more than patient so far, because I've been manipulated (fake replacement of sales representatives, illness, company sale), but now I'm going to put all my energy into this fight and expose the dishonesty of these people (at least in the [sector]). Limoges) To those hesitating to work with Youlead Limoges... move along. To all the petty thugs in management, this message is not anonymous, and you know my contact information.
