Excellent service with a very professional and customer-oriented team as well as very fast delivery service... Having been a customer for several years, I have always found all the parts I wanted because they have a very large stock and items in store... I recommend their products because all the parts I have ordered are of very good quality and reliable.
Our company's long-standing supplier; professional and fast! For gas and oil boilers!
Very unpleasant service. Communication extremely difficult! Refusal of a refund, even when the error was the seller's. They asked for my bank details to refund me two euros, and a few weeks later, they told me to come back to the store for a cash refund! In the end, I gave up because I wasn't going to drive 20 km for two euros.
