A huge thank you to Tony from Promo Vacances! Booking our Ibiza holiday was super easy, he was amazing from start to finish 🔥 Super responsive, great advice, and fantastic prices. We're leaving with complete peace of mind, everything is clear and well-organized. Honestly, if you want to book without any hassle and with someone reliable, go for it without hesitation. Can't wait to go to Ibiza 🌴✈️
After numerous visits and bookings with this agency, I have never experienced such impeccable customer service. They are patient, attentive, and ready to support you throughout your trip. I mainly dealt with the advisor Georgia, who was so lovely, kind, and attentive. She guided me throughout my entire project and patiently reassured me about all my concerns. I would use this agency again without hesitation; I highly recommend them!
Promovacances accompanied us for a three-week stay in Crete. The hotel recommended to us was exceptional, and Clémence and her colleagues at Promovacances were always available to answer any questions we had. A huge thank you for your professionalism and advice.
