I'm giving them 1 star because we can't give 0 stars! AVOID THIS COMPANY! Definitely do not recommend them. My appointment was scheduled for Friday, October 12th at 10:00 AM. The technician arrived at 10:45 AM! The company provided no explanation for the delay. Customer service: nonexistent! No communication whatsoever, especially with a 45-minute delay. Thanks for the organization. Secondly, when I called to schedule the appointment, someone quoted me €85, but the technician quoted me €92 because my boiler is a different type. No one on the phone told me there were two different prices. I emailed the company at the end of the week and received a reply with no explanation for the technician's delay, just a generic apology, and no compensation for the pricing error that wasn't mentioned by the person on the phone when I scheduled the appointment. So, this company has no after-sales service, no customer communication regarding delays (45 minutes, not 10!), and they gave incorrect prices over the phone for appointments. I will not recommend them to anyone I know, and I hope for your sake that you will improve your business image and make more of an effort to compensate your customers for disorganized service like this!

Hello, ADPR installed a dual-zone air-to-water heat pump for me, providing both domestic hot water and electricity. I am very satisfied with the competence of the manager, Mr. Pascal, and his responsiveness, as well as that of his administrative staff. As for the installation carried out by Anthony, I have nothing but praise for the work and his professionalism; superb work! I know what I'm talking about, being a retired heat pump installer (it's practically an art form). This heat pump is working very well. We still have a few final adjustments to make with Mr. Pascal, who remains attentive to my needs and responds very quickly.
