TotalEnergies Proxi Nord Ouest (CPO)

Hello. CPO is not keeping its promises. Let me explain: my 87-year-old mother called at the beginning of February to order her heating oil. She usually orders (for probably over 20 years) 800 to 1000 liters to fill her tank. This time, she received an initial delivery of 300 liters, and was told the rest would follow. She called today to ask why she hadn't received her delivery (her 300 liters were running out). In reality, she had been "forgotten." CPO was convinced that 800 liters had been delivered. The price is no longer the same (over €1.80/liter!!!), and there's even uncertainty about delivery due to the war. And prices are going to increase even more… I took over from her by calling, unable to bear the poor treatment she received. But the same thing happened to me. I was criticized for not calling sooner. That in reality, it's the customer's responsibility to understand the company's internal workings, that everything is our fault, blah blah blah... This contact leaves me perplexed when I see how many times my mother has been called to fill her tank without even asking because CPO lacks customers during certain months of the year. I asked for an address to send a complaint and explain the situation: flat refusal. How do we proceed now?? I'm supposed to have 500 liters reserved for me on the 13th. Without any guarantee that there will be any, and especially without knowing the price... But above all, this conversation leaves me bitter and saddened by how customers are treated. I wanted this to be known!! If I could have given zero stars, I wouldn't have hesitated!
