The saleswoman had absolutely no desire to help me. I quickly realized that I was causing her problems as soon as I arrived, since she was busy stocking shelves—and that was more important to her. I was recommended to this store, but I didn't even have time to properly explain my request. I just got a "send an email, we'll see..." even though she didn't even know why I was there. I'm still giving it two stars instead of one because another salesperson arrived, who was very friendly, but the matter was already settled.

I came in for a bathroom project. I was the only customer in the showroom around 2 pm. I asked one of the two women there if I could get some help. I was told I needed to make an appointment… because everything is by appointment only! Or I could start by going to Point P next door (same group) for tiles… which I did, and I was immediately greeted in a very professional manner! So I regret this rather directive and unprofessional welcome at Cedeo Bordeaux Lac.

I just have one question. Regarding the service, I'm happy to say that I made a mistake with a purchase, as I'm not a professional. I simply unpacked the radiator; it wasn't connected to my heating system. I repacked it neatly with its accessories. Why can't CEDEO take it back with a credit note, or at least offer a 60% discount?
