CEDEO Angers : Sanitaire - Chauffage - Plomberie

I can't give zero stars to CEDEO SAUMUR – avoid them at all costs. I ordered a rain canopy for €350. The product I received is completely different from what I ordered, and they refuse to take it back even though I have all the documents: invoice, box, and the uninstalled rain canopy. Unacceptable!!! No solution whatsoever! No refund, no return, no exchange, no credit note, even though it was CEDEO who ordered the wrong product. Honestly, run away and don't go to them. They have no right to make mistakes, even when they're responsible. I've been fighting for two months, and despite traveling to them, I'm stuck with a product that doesn't meet my expectations. I insist, go to other retailers.

Hello, I was very disappointed with the telephone service. I spoke to someone who was condescending and refused to listen to or understand my situation. The salesperson (?) refused to let me buy several sizes of parts (12/17 and 15/21) and then return the one that didn't fit because I didn't have the exact dimensions. The conversation ended with him raising his voice, which isn't something that happens every day. So I didn't go to that store and bought the parts I needed from competitors who don't hesitate to encourage this kind of practice: you take it, you repair it, and you return what you haven't used if necessary.

When I entered the shop I was ignored like I wasn't there. I noticed however, that if you were a trades person with an account, all of the sales team will rush to be the first to serve you. I had a lot of trouble finding the pipe fittings I needed and all staff members seem more interested in looking busy stocking the shelves and asked me to ask another staff member for help. After wasting 30 mins in the shop I left without making a purchase.
