APC - ANGERS PLOMBERIE CHAUFFAGE

Avoid at all costs. This guy sweet-talks into getting jobs but then fails to deliver. He doesn't admit his mistakes and blames other tradespeople. There's no after-sales service. He misses appointments: one time he has a sprained ankle, the second time it's COVID, the third time his daughter's nanny is sick, the fourth time he's sick, and so on. He's arrogant and incapable of keeping his word. Other clients who have dealt with him share this sentiment. He should consider a career change or customer service training.

This man is completely unreliable. We had an appointment today at 11:00 AM, and he never showed up. When I called him afterward, he said he hadn't noted it down, even though he had told me 8:30 AM and that it was my fault. After the employer, who was unaware of the situation, called me several times to apologize and asked me to delete the review, I decided to modify it.

We had our entire bathroom renovated by APC and we are very happy with the result! The work took three weeks and was done perfectly. The staff were very competent and responsive.
