GO FIND OUT MORE: Class action lawsuit underway against Cohérence!!!! I've been working with Cohérence for about two years for the creation and management of my website. To date, I have no concrete results and I receive virtually no incoming inquiries by email or phone. The website is also extremely slow. It's incredibly slow, pages take an abnormally long time to load, and a prospect has plenty of time to leave the site before even accessing the information. I'm also seeing a major problem with lead quality. The only inquiries I receive come mainly from Eastern European countries and look like spam, which makes the website completely useless from a business perspective. Finally, I don't receive any serious follow-up. I don't have clear reports, no progress reports, and no visibility into the actions actually taken (SEO, maintenance, optimizations, etc.). I also conducted a technical audit which revealed significant problems, including: 34 major errors 288 warnings 4 incorrect pages found in sitemap.xml 3 duplicate title tags 27 pages with duplicate meta descriptions 65 pages with a low text-to-HTML ratio They are now telling me to deal directly with LOCAM, who financed the project, and that it's not their responsibility, explaining that they have no obligation to deliver results. However, it is with Cohérence that we signed the contract and with whom we have been communicating from the beginning. Under these circumstances, I will most likely initiate legal proceedings to assert my rights. Therefore, I strongly advise against working with Cohérence because, in my case, the sales pitch and the reality of the service were completely inconsistent. Read your contract carefully and do not commit to anything without being certain of the terms.
