Beware of slow payers! After delivering plant arrangements on time in May, despite several follow-up calls and emails, and especially after speaking with the manager, Mr. Hoang, on the phone multiple times (I quote: "OK, I'll forward it to accounting, or the payment will be made tomorrow," etc.), six months later I still haven't received anything. I strongly advise against doing business with this type of company; it's impossible to have a sustainable relationship. Anthony Broc Naturall green

We also fell victim to the bad payer scam... We collaborated in June 2025 in the Annecy region for a furniture delivery to a large hotel, and despite numerous follow-ups, we received no response (no answer to the phone or emails). The invoice remains unpaid to this day (November 2025). Not exactly professional :-O

We were the plant supplier for one of their events in the South of France on June 26, 2025, and to this day our invoice remains unpaid despite our numerous follow-ups. No one answers the phone or emails. Unfortunately, we will have to resort to our legal department. It's very unpleasant to work with companies that have no sense of work ethic or respect. Absolutely avoid them.
