Marcello and Tony was great in getting me back to AT&T after and incident that I had and I said I will never go back to AT&T. Guess what Marcello got me back and not only one line but 2 lines and Internet was purchased by me. Great job guys
Met Devan at BJ's, told me about great savings with ATT, had been a long time customer with another big wireless company, but Devan delivered, helped me with some activation issues and was very helpful throughout the switching process, 10 stars on customer service and support!!
I was at BJ’s wholesale store in Pembroke Pines, Fl were I got my iPhone 13 plan and 12 for my entire family. I ran into Devan tonight while I was shopping and let me tell you Devan is fine young man with so much knowledge to offer on the ATT deals you guys have to offer with home internet, TV, employees discount and everything else you have to offer. He’s a very respectful young man and should be recognized for his hard work and dedication to the company. I appreciate your perseverance and determination to connect with every customer and a very professional level.
