Tina approached me yesterday and casually started a conversation about our wireless service provider, and it quickly became clear that she is both incredibly friendly and genuinely knowledgeable. Even though I didn’t initially have everything needed to qualify for the discounts she explained, Tina never pressured us — she simply provided information, answered questions, and gave us time to do our own research. After continuing the conversation by text and looking into things ourselves, my husband and I returned today — and Tina walked us through every step of switching our service to AT&T with patience and professionalism. This was not a spontaneous decision for us; we had been loyal to another carrier for over 25 years. Tina respected that history and made sure we felt confident and informed the entire time. Turns out she’s helping save us about $1,100 a year! Exceptional customer service like this is rare, and Tina made what could have been a stressful process feel easy and even enjoyable. AT&T is lucky to have her — and so are her customers.
Our recent purchase (iPhone 17 Pro) was facilitated by TINA, a fantastic rep for ATT. TINA was professional, patient, kind, well informed walking us through our decision to step up to our new phones (from iPhone 11’s), explaining in detail the pro’s of products we considered. Tina took time to answer our questions being very patient. She has all the tools to be a well informed presenter and a leader for her employer. I have never in my 41 years of owning my own business, had such a pleasant experience dealing with a sales agent. These kinds of talented individuals are rare in today’s world. My wife and I now have another friend.
Sarai was the best person I’ve ever worked with from AT&T and I’ve been a customer since 2009! She made the process of getting my new phone ordered and set up so easy, she was such a pleasure to work with and she truly gave me the best customer service I’ve ever gotten from any establishment. She deserves all the praise because she makes your company great and you guys should be very lucky to have an amazing person like her working for you guys.
