Works great so far! Finally a way to use AI to respond automatically on FB marketplace! Great customer support

Setup was simple and straightforward. I followed the steps in the videos on the website and was up and running in a few minutes. Even if I simply used this to respond to "Is this available" messages it would get 5 stars, but the power of this chat bot is impressive. Setup can take a bit of trial and error to get the cues just right. They are considered with every response, so I wanted them to be thorough. This extension is great for initial screening. I have mine set to handle the first 4 messages as they are almost all the same. From there I take over. It isn't perfect and I find it gets stuck from time to time, but I am no worse off in that situation than I was before, so I'm happy with it.

This app is a game changer for my business! Simply said, I couldn't make it without Nerdy Panda. Awesome work guys and thank you for the great customer service
