I had a Zoom call scheduled with them and the host never showed up. I waited for 20 minutes. Then called the phone number and AI answered... what a waste of my time. Extremely unprofessional. I filled out the online form to schedule a Zoom meeting to decide, what strategy would you recommend for my business. I fiiled out everything, and yes, mobile pet grooming IS a home based service. So I picked a date and time for the zoom call from the available times that your intake form showed as "available". I have recieved multiple texts and emails that confirmed the date and time of my scheduled Zoom call. I recieved reminders one hour and 10 minutes prior to the scheduled call. Still, the host did not show up. If you decided not to take me on as a client, you should have let me know and cancel the Zoom call, instead you kept sending reminders. The review is about my experience TRYING to schedule an initial consultation. So yes, I did interact with the company, inquiring about services and that experience is what the review is about. So it falls well within Google's review policy. You also changed your initial reply where you said you will "investigate" who is responsible for not showing up for the Zoom call. Now you are using and posting my personal information I provided in the Intake Form - however you have no right to post that information here and trying to intimidate someone who's Zoom call you did not show up for. You should remove my personal information from here as it is illegal to share that kind of information on this platform. I documented it and will consult my attorney. Have you simply apologized for not showing up for the scheduled call would have painted a much more professional picture of your company and would have avoided legal issues.
