No zero star option... We purchased a website build ($X amount), PPC campaign management for six months ($x amount) and the SEO (over $20k) which was prepaid for a year. We specifically said that we did not want to auto renew anything until we review the progress at the end of the contract. Then I get an attempt of a payment for renewed SEO of over $20k during a hard time in our lives having suffered losses in the family and post COVID issues. I reached out to them and they had a guy contact me, and I quickly discovered he was the owner, via LinkedIn. When I made my case he essentially said I don't care and I want my money (paraphrased). He sued us and dropped the case before going to court and he tried to get us to pay his attorney fees and failed. He's clearly shown to me that he doesn't care about his clients. It's really the ethics that we had the biggest problem with. I truly regret giving this company a single red cent.
