Recruitment Agency in Southampton - ADS Recruitment

“I’ve had an incredibly disappointing experience with ADS Agency, particularly due to the actions of a staff member named Chris. I’ve been registered with ADS for a long time, but since December, I’ve encountered endless frustration. For ten months, I’ve been reaching out regularly to ask for work, and every single time, I’m told there’s nothing available. It’s hard to believe that an agency wouldn’t have a single opportunity for that long, especially when they were helpful in the past. Today, I went to the office and still didn’t receive any clear answers. When I requested my documents back, they refused to return them. Chris has not only consistently dismissed my requests and blocked me from accessing work without explanation, but he also put words in my mouth, claiming he offered me jobs that I supposedly turned down—which simply isn’t true. Even though the owner of the agency was present, he didn’t involve himself to help resolve the situation, which was deeply disappointing. I strongly advise against using ADS Agency. Their lack of transparency, professionalism, and respect for their clients is deeply disappointing.”

Shocking company who have do not care what there employees get up to! Caught one relieving themselves on our gate and when complained got terrible response, you know what people are like and what do you want me to do! That was from the “manager” apparently

Very disappointing ,unprofessional experience and Discriminatory Behaviour I visited ADS Recruitment in Southampton (E Street) twice , first in April and then again last month , and both times I had a very unpleasant experience with a man who I believe is the manager. The first time I visited, he was extremely rude and unwelcoming. He didn’t take the time to register me or even explain things properly, just told me there were no part-time jobs and to come back after two months. When I went back recently, his behaviour was again very unprofessional. He was busy talking to two women and didn’t even acknowledge me for several minutes. When he finally spoke to me, he didn’t greet me or offer me a seat. He just pointed at the other two women and said, “They are busy, what do you want?” I told him I wanted to register for term-time work, and he very rudely replied that there were no term-time jobs, while looking away and ignoring me. The way he spoke to both me and the other women was extremely disrespectful. If he is the manager, I truly feel sorry for the staff working under him. It’s disappointing to see such behaviour in a recruitment agency that’s supposed to help people find work.
