I’d been dealing with an issue in my Google Ads account for over 6 months and kept getting passed between different Google departments, with no one taking ownership and no solution being reached. It was frustrating and my ads weren’t running properly for months. After a recent meeting at Smash headquarters, Beks brought in Henry - basically their Google Ads superhero - who spotted the issue in about five minutes and had it fixed by the following morning (cape optional).
