Cocoonfx

I've found working with the guys at Cocoonfxmedia an enjoyable and professional experience. They have been quick to respond to requests for changes and have created a truly excellent website that looks great and is easy to use whilst being loaded with all the features that my organisation needs. Using the website couldn't be easier and the aftercare customer support has been good too. More importantly our clients say that the website is good and easy to use which is essential if we want them to keep coming back. I consider myself a very happy customer.

We needed some help with our marketing, especially with developing our website to reach the right target audience. We engaged Cocoonfxmedia and from the start, James had all the time in the world for us - always being on the other end of an email or the phone to answer a question and even coming into the office to guide us face to face. We found their knowledge and ability to convey what we could achieve amazing. They also always do what they say they are going to do. Although we still have some work to do, we have already made a huge step forward and can see the improvements – particularly with our Google rankings and with customers reaching out to us via our website. In summary, a knowledgeable business and so easy to work with – we highly recommend!

After struggling to move our emails across to a new domain for multiple days Cocoonfx managed to sort it out in under an hour. Fantastic friendly, efficient service and good value too! Highly recommended!
