They are registered under a false address. They make improper and fraudulent charges. They have poor control over receiving payments. They don't even have a working phone; the numbers listed in the phone book they print themselves, as well as online and on tax credit documents, are out of service. They send people to collect from Guatemala in an abusive manner, threatening legal action, and when you ask what you owe, they remain completely silent. There is a WhatsApp number where they answer messages rudely and defiantly, threatening to ignore you or send you to the back of the line. Do not do business with this company.
Excellent service from the digital advisors and the billing team. Everything was excellent in terms of price and speed of support.
I'M GOING TO REPORT THEM AT EVERY OFFICE FOR BEING SCAMMERS UNTIL THEY GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK!!! THEY CHARGED ME FOR A WEBSITE THEY NEVER DELIVERED!!! Scammers!!! I ALREADY REPORTED THEM TO THE CONSUMER PROTECTION AGENCY! BECAUSE THEY'RE SCAMMERS!!!
