unfortunately, our experience did not meet expectations. Communication throughout the project was inconsistent, with delays in responses and a lack of clear timelines. Despite several strategy sessions, the final deliverables felt generic and did not reflect our brand or goals,Additionally we were disappointed with the lack of proactive insights and measurable results. When concerns were raised, we found the team to be defensive rather than solution-oriented. While we understand that not every partnership is a perfect fit, we had hoped for more professionalism and strategic leadership from an agency of this caliber,I hope this feedback is taken constructively, as there is certainly potential in their team. However, based on our experience, we would not recommend it to other businesses looking for a results-driven marketing partner
