Great customer service, and excellent results!
I scheduled an appointment with them, they chased me down several times to see me sooner, and I told them I had scheduled an appointment because my schedule was busy, but I waited for the appointment and they never called me!! If this is how they treat customer service, I can't imagine what their service is like!!
We hired QBIT to update and improve the performance of a website they had created several years ago. The entire process was unprofessional. They failed to deliver the service on time, even though they charged us extra for the delay. At the initial presentation, they only asked for access credentials, so they didn't perform the necessary updates for delivery, offering repeated excuses. We trusted their professional experience and proceeded with the contract without any warnings about potential external issues that could affect the final result.
