Great service, they have helped us with several tasks - big and small - always a really good job done.
Unfortunately, I cannot recommend them, despite their many references. I have used them to update my site, which is a larger online store. Initially, I had a really good dialogue with the salesperson there, but from there it went downhill. The project management in particular has been under a lot of criticism, where I experienced that things were just forwarded without being checked. The delivery that has been delivered is still problematic, and requires a lot of work for me to correct (errors in translations, etc.). Either I have just been unlucky, or they are a bit too busy for their own good.
It has been a pleasure to work with Grafikr in connection with optimizations aimed at reducing our return rate. They have contributed with a high professional level and, not least, have been able to transform our thoughts and experiences into direct on-site functionalities.
