A challenging process for us (rebrand) We entered into the collaboration with a clear expectation of delivering what we had agreed upon, and the start-up was both positive and constructive. Unfortunately, we experienced that the process changed quickly. To us, it seemed as if there was not enough time allocated to work properly with our feedback, and we experienced that we fell behind early on in relation to the planned deadline. This created a continuous time pressure for us, which meant that parts of the project, in our experience, were developed before we agreed on an overall direction. This made it difficult for us to understand the creative vision, and we felt that we had to make big decisions without knowing where the identity was going. It should be mentioned that this is not about the people we worked with, but about the process and the time we experienced. In our opinion, the process did not live up to what was agreed upon. We experienced challenges with deliveries, deadlines and creative quality, and we often felt that we had to push the process forward and take more responsibility than we had expected. In the end, we were left with a result that we did not experience as complete and that did not match the level we had expected from our agreement. This had concrete consequences for us. We missed an important deadline by several weeks, our team had to work evenings and weekends to solve tasks outside their area of ​​competence, and we chose to pay external parties to complete the work. It is a shame, because we had expected a smoother and more professional process based on what was agreed. We tried to find a reasonable compromise and end the collaboration in a good way, but this was rejected by their Founder and CEO, who had a different view of the process than us. We respect that, even though it was not our experience. Based on our process, we cannot recommend Signifly, but others may of course have had a different experience. We share our experience
