Extremely competent and professional start-up of my model child, lots of good and exciting jobs, always totally helpful, can be warmly and safely recommended, the best agency we have been in for 2 years now.

It probably won't come as a surprise to the team at the office that they hear from me as I am extremely dissatisfied with the way it all went. I am simply writing this review as I feel obliged to warn others about the same unprofessional hospitality I experienced. I came from another agency and became super interested in coming to SMASH. And it happened quickly as I had to come over and have pictures taken as soon as possible to get on their website and meet them. At this time, something about my previous work in the previous modeling agency was already hanging on the shelves at SMASH in the office. It should be mentioned that at this time I have not signed a contract with them. After a long time I finally get on their website, but still without a contract. I was very concerned about this. In short, there were some personal problems with one of the agents that meant that contact was limited by email. But this is not an excuse for the superior to send me to the other agent, and the agent to send me back to the superior (the boss Anja). I felt that nothing was in order. It should be mentioned that both women are incredibly nice, nothing special, but professional no. I finally got a contract LONG after, and here they had already scored a job through one of my regular clients. The client and I agreed to give SMASH the job, even though they were not legally entitled to this. A job without a contract? Oh, come on Louise and Anja. I then find out in the contract in paragraph 6 that they mention that as a model you are responsible for whether you receive payment for work done.. Here I had to say no thanks. I can in no way recommend this agency based on my own experience.
