I had a very friendly lady processing my application. It went quick and professional. The workers do their best to help and make things easy! Great English skills and a nice area to sit. Remember to type in your reservation code you got in the appointment-confirmation E-Mail on the screen that says SIRI. Right when you enter through the door. You will get another reservation number on a little paper which will pop up on the screen above the SIRI desks, when it is your turn. It is easy to get there from the trainstation. There is a cafe too☺️
Friendly service . Great service public.
First of all it’s in pretty nice location so you can see around also. The place was not that crowded and process of appointment was smooth. I have also gone to Odense one but I would suggest to book Arhus as you can make a trip out of it also l. It’s a big area with food options in the building so you can have something before or after the work is done.
