The best agency we have ever been under. I work under Recra in Hanon in Nový Jičín with my boyfriend. And especially the communication with the coordinator Mr. Ko..... is great. You can always agree on everything and everything is solved quickly and perfectly. I highly recommend it.
I don't recommend it. They offered my girlfriend 4,000 złoty for free travel, but she only got 2,800 złoty, plus she had to pay for the transport. The worst part is that she had to go to Ostrava to get the cash, which was laughable in the audience (removed by administrator). The Honorable Małgorzata from Żory said she wasn't an ATM and that she had to go to Ostrava to get the money, which was laughable in the audience.
I worked for this agency for two years without a month. Payments were on time on the account, they paid as they should have. However, communication was worse, it depends on what kind of coordinator you have. Mr. J. Kostelecký was wonderful, but he says he no longer works there. But like every agency, they probably circumvent the laws, for example, they are not allowed to give you notice in DPN, but they say that does not apply to agencies... Error, an agency employee has the same legal notice conditions as a regular employee. But I ended up signing an agreement to terminate the employment relationship with them. Otherwise, I probably have nothing to criticize.
