Citygraph s.r.o. - REKLAMA

Warm approach, quick action. Thank you for reprinting the sweatshirts :)

I am completely satisfied with the company. The cooperation has lasted for more than 4 years and there has always been complete professional cooperation and product quality. The quality of the website, t-shirts, sweatshirts, logos, and promotional items and many other things, has always been with absolutely precise execution of the work. We have always been 100% satisfied with the company and I can only recommend it!

We ordered a larger order for printing our own textiles (specifically T-shirts), which was intended for our client. At first, the communication was great, but after the textiles were sent, no one contacted me for a long time about the delivery date, even though I asked repeatedly - and I needed this information for coordination with the client. Finally, I learned that there was an error in printing one of the T-shirts - specifically, one of several prints was spoiled. I was told that they would not charge me for this particular print. However, I do not consider this to be an adequate solution, because it means that the entire T-shirt is unusable, which I had to give to the client for free at my own expense. Moreover, they only told me this information when it was too late to send a replacement T-shirt or resolve the situation, so a repair was not possible. I also regret that I supplied the company with exactly the type of T-shirt that they themselves offer - I would have expected that in case of an error, they would arrange a replacement themselves and complete the order properly. The quality of the print itself is rather average, and I wasn't sure about the result, let alone what the client would say. I'm sorry, because I was hoping for a more professional approach, especially for a larger order.
