Ad at Benešovka

According to the Post Office and what is hanging on the door, the opening hours on Friday should be until 3:00 PM. Today, December 27, at 2:15 PM, the store is dark and closed. There is no information anywhere that today - a working day - will be closed. I am returning abroad early on Monday morning and thanks to you I cannot pick up the package! Next time, I will have my package delivered to Z-BOX.

Very unpleasant dealings regarding the collection of packages. My friend was supposed to collect the packages first with a password and codes. The lady claimed that the packages were not there. And then I got an email in the app saying that they had been collected, and I didn't even have them and they hadn't been paid for. My friend asked again and they said that the packages were there, but you need your ID number and birth certificate to collect them. So I went there to make an appointment again and find out why this information was needed. With a mockery of the gentleman, I was told that it wouldn't work without it. So I didn't provide this information (I don't see any reason to provide it, since I don't have it entered anywhere on the delivery service) and left, saying that I would order the packages again and rather put them in a box.

As a mail order company, it's perfectly fine. But when I wanted to use their services.. only two mugs as a souvenir. Not pretty. The photo has strange colors, the cat's face blends into the shadows.. really bad. Maybe I had a bad photo, but they shouldn't have shown this to the customer at all. Or point out that the photo is of poor quality. But in another store they once made me a nicer mug with much worse photos, so it probably won't be that.
