The service got progressively worse and unreasonably more expensive lately. Relular delays over 1h, dirty busses, unfriendly staff bullying customers.
It used to provide decent service, not any more. Their buses are not properly maintained - I had seats where the seat belt was completely taken out, entertainment system not working at all… Once I had to put up with 20-min of commercials in the bus. The sound was coming from the bus speakers, the screen in front of seats were playing commercials, cannot turn it off nor change the volume, the bus driver was playing the radio all at the same time… That bus ride was for 3 hours. The entertainment system was not useable due to commercials and locked screen for 2 hours. It was so annoying…
Every time I take a RegioJet bus for the Brno-Vienna airport route, I’m pleasantly shocked. I truly do not understand all the bad reviews. Their bus drivers are always friendly, the buses are top-notch if you book 'Comfort' class, the seats are spacious and comfy, and coffee and newspapers are ready for you. And the most important thing: they are always on time! I used to be a Flixbus customer, but bus disruptions happened multiple times. That hasn't happened a single time with RegioJet in 2 years!
