We rented a car from Onlinetours for two weeks in Cuba. We had numerous problems with the car: We traveled for two days in a car that was dangerous to drive in (according to them, so they had to change the car for us), we had to return to Havana and start our route again, we had to change a tire that was slowly losing air and ask for help because they didn't have the necessary tools, we had to wait hours for each car to be delivered, we had to pay €1.20 per liter for gasoline instead of €0.12, we had to clean the inside of the cars when we received them (food scraps, etc.), we had to carry our luggage at each stop because the cars didn't have a trunk tray and our luggage was exposed, and they didn't have rear windshield wipers...
