We contacted Emporia Real Estate while searching for a residential construction plot in the area around Zadar. From the very beginning, our experience with their team was outstanding. Our agent, Sanja, was exceptionally communicative, always replying to our calls and emails within the same day. She organized viewings of six different plots in various locations, carefully planning an efficient route so we could visit all of them in a single day. During the viewings, Sanja provided a comprehensive overview of each property, explained all details clearly, and answered every question with honesty and professionalism. She shared all relevant documentation electronically and stayed in contact with us afterward to address additional questions. We also appreciated the personal meeting at the Emporia office in Zadar, where she helped us clarify some points about one specific plot we were most interested in. He personally oversaw the completion of the ownership transfer and ensured all final documents were properly delivered to us.
