I had the best time at Plitvice Lakes National Park with Sanja and Frank. It is a beautiful park especially in the fall with the changing leaves. I was impressed by Sanja's knowledge of the park's natural history, especially her description of the geology. Many times you go on a trip and the guide tells you very little about the location. Sanja had the right mix. As a teacher I can recommend her highly. Booker is a great travel group in Split.

Lavro and Richard were excellent tour guides, during our trips to Plitvice Lakes National Park & Krka Waterfalls National Park. We were able to stop at all of the scenic spots, and we told us about the history and how each park evolved over time. I highly recommend going in fall because the tree colors added a whole other dimension to the parks' beauty. Plitvice Lakes is a long walk, around 8 km. If the hike doesnt bother you, then I highly recommend this trip. It was my favorite thing from out vacation in Croatia. If the walk is too much, then I also recommend Krka Waterfalls for the beauty of the local parks. If you have the chance to do both, definitely take it.

Visiting Plitvice Lakes National Park was an absolutely unforgettable experience, and our day was made even better thanks to our amazing guide, Lovro. The park itself is breathtaking – crystal-clear lakes, stunning waterfalls, and peaceful walking trails that feel like stepping into a postcard. Lovro made the trip from Split so enjoyable with his professionalism, knowledge, and warm personality. He kept the group engaged with fascinating facts about the park’s history, culture, and nature, while also giving us enough time to explore and take it all in at our own pace. His enthusiasm and genuine care for everyone in the group truly stood out. If you’re visiting Croatia, this tour is a must-do, and I can’t recommend Lovro highly enough.
