zero points, disaster, one seat is reserved for 2-3 people, drivers put their things on the 4 seats behind them and take them regardless of what someone has written on their ticket

In both cases, travelers can count on professional drivers, friendly and helpful staff of the agency itself, and the most modern and well-maintained buses.
Line Osijek-Zagreb, from Sl.Brod at 11.45 am, 30.12.2021. I ask the driver and when paying for luggage I tip him for a drink to stop for my nephew at the very entrance to Zagreb at the "Zovko" hotel because my nephew lives 200 meters away. The driver says no problem, it's definitely on the way! Of course he didn't stop, and he took the money for the booze! Shame, the word and the agreement no longer mean anything.
