We had an amazing experience with Croatia Active/DMC Adriatic. We did a complete tour of Croatia, from Zagreb all the way down to Dubrovnik with stops in Zadar, Split, Plitvice, Krka, Hvar, Vis and others. We had an amazing driver and guide for most of the trip, and the parts where we were on our own were extremely well planned, with clear instructions and ferry timing. We had the opportunity to kayak, bike, hike, SUP and swim, so it was a very active vacation! Last but not least, despite the top notch service and planning the price was lower than any of the other companies (in particular the America/British/Australian conglomerates) for a fully customized private tour. Highly recommended!

Booked to go on this boat two days in advance with the lady at the Kiosk in Tivat for the Bay Of Kotor journey. She told us to be there at 9:30 if we wanted a sunbed and the boat would leave at 10. We got there for 9:45 and the boat had left. Despite her telling us the wrong time, she also denied this and refused to pay our €50 back. They were not helpful and were not willing to budge on this despite us being fed the wrong information. They were very rude to us about the whole situation making out it to be our fault. I would not recommend this company at all.

Could not recommend this company any less. Recently booked an excursion through Royal titled “fun day at the beach” in Albania. The tour guide could not care less about the people on the tour and even disappeared to drink and smoke on her own. Bus constantly got stuck on roads and driver was asking for directions on the street. Brought us to a random parking lot no where near the beach. The description promised a 3 course meal which ended up being a fish, salad and dessert. Any substitutions required payment even though everyone spent 100-200 for the excursion. The image used of the beach was also highly misleading as it showed a beautiful open beach while we ended up being crammed into a small restaurants beach property. Shame on Royal for using this company.
