great quality and very fast shipping!
I had spectrum advertising make 35 rhinestone transfers and even had them apply the transfers to the t-shirts I purchased. Upon delivery 4 of the transfers were missing rhinestones. I contacted Mike from spectrum advertising and he said he had never had that happen before. He refused to redo the designs and only credited me $18 of my $560 investment. Of course since it is my business name and it looks cheap and unprofessional I just threw them away- the T-shirts that we’re not missing rhinestones quickly lost them after a wash or too. I contacted the owner, Mike, and he refuses to call me back. I went through the BBB and he refused to speak with them too. Terrible customer service! WARNING:these guys will not make it right! Do not work with them. What a scam.
What a great experience we had! I needed some last minute logo'd bourbon glasses. Michael and his team worked with me to get the color correct on the logo and had them ready to go for our party! Our guests loved the glasses and complimented us on them. Thank you for completing a quick turn on our order and being so kind throughout!
