MAC USA | Merchant Services & POS California

Mac has been the best company for support so far. Their response time is always quick whenever we need help. They also take great care of our social media, special thanks to Luna, who consistently goes above and beyond in helping us respond to reviews and answer all the questions we need.

I am very satisfied with the support from the marketing/POS team. Special Luna, the support staff are enthusiastic, responsive, explain everything clearly, and handle issues very professionally. Thanks to your support, managing my nail salon has become much easier and more efficient. Very trustworthy and highly recommended!

I had a wonderful experience working with Levis Le, who trained me on our POS system. He is extremely knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely caring throughout the entire process. He explained everything clearly and step by step, making sure I truly understood how to use the system effectively for my nail salon. What I appreciated most was his dedication and attention to detail. Levis took the time to answer all my questions, provided practical solutions, and never rushed the training. His guidance was very thorough and truly came from the heart. Thanks to Levis Le, I now feel confident managing our POS system smoothly in daily operations. I highly recommend him to any salon owner looking for professional, detailed, and sincere POS training. Thank you so much for your excellent service!
